Robyn Brook Christo is a Marin County native, mother, wife, and partner in the San Rafael, California based law firm of Epstein Holtzapple Christo LLP (EHC Law).
Robyn is an experienced litigator, trial lawyer, and trained mediator specializing in the defense and prosecution of contested matters in probate courts. She is known as a respected, passionate advocate in high stakes, high conflict, and emotionally charged disputes. Her clients include charities, professional fiduciaries, corporate and individual trustees, creditors, beneficiaries, and family members of elder adults.

Robyn spent her first three years as a probate litigator at a Napa, California firm well-known for its expertise in complex estate planning and administration for high-net-worth individuals. While there, Robyn trained under several expert certified specialists in estate planning, trust, and probate law. Prior to this, Robyn began her legal career with the San Francisco office of an Am Law 100 firm. In 2015, Robyn relocated her practice to Marin and joined what is now EHC Law. Epstein Holtzapple Christo LLP was named a Tier 1 firm in San Francisco for Commercial Litigation Practice in both the 2023 and 2024 editions of Best Law Firms®.
Robyn has been included on the Northern California Super Lawyers list since 2021 as well as the Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2012 through 2019. Super Lawyers recognizes top attorneys through independent research and peer input. Each year, only five percent of attorneys are selected to Super Lawyers. Just two and a half percent are named as Rising Stars.
Robyn joined the Marin County Bar Association (MCBA) Board of Directors in January 2023 as well as the organization’s Bench-Bar Committee. Robyn also serves as a settlement panelist in probate matters for the Marin County Superior Court. She also has a long history of providing pro bono services in trusts and estates through Legal Aid of Marin. Robyn previously volunteered on the Litigation Subcommittee of the Trusts and Estates Section Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association and was a member of the Richard M. Sangster American Inn of Court.
Robyn obtained her Bachelor of Arts in communications and marketing from Sonoma State University. She worked as an event planner and wine educator before law school. Robyn received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While there, she externed for the Honorable Vaughn Walker (Ret.) in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California.
