Nicholas Della Corte

Nicholas Della Corte is an Associate Attorney at Epstein Holtzapple Christo LLP (EHC Law) in Novato, California, where he focuses on trust and estate litigation, trust administration and probate, and estate planning.

Before joining EHC, Nicholas practiced at Friedmann Goldberg Wargo Hess LLP in Santa Rosa, where he drafted complex estate planning documents, represented clients in probate and civil proceedings, and advised nonprofit and business clients on formation and compliance matters. His background also includes work with the Lane County Judicial Department's Probate Division, where he assisted judges in formulating rulings and drafting research memoranda on complex trust, estate, and conservatorship matters. Earlier in his career, he clerked at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP in San Francisco, supporting complex civil litigation involving malpractice and personal injury matters.

Nicholas was admitted to the California Bar in November 2024.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys hiking local trails with his dog, tending to his garden, and cheering on the San Francisco Giants. He also has a passion for exploring the Bay Area's food scene, from neighborhood restaurants to local vendors.
