Lea Baylis is a Senior Litigation Paralegal at Epstein Holtzapple Christo LLP (EHC Law) in Novato, California, where she supports attorneys in trust and estate litigation, civil litigation, and estate planning matters. Lea joined the firm in June 2026.
Lea brings over ten years of paralegal experience to her work, along with a distinctive background in corporate operations, strategic communications, and compliance. That combination of legal and business expertise allows her to approach complex matters with both technical precision and a broader strategic perspective — an asset to the attorneys and clients she serves.
Before joining EHC, Lea practiced as a paralegal at Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP, where she supported civil litigation, trusts and estates, and employment matters. Her earlier career includes nearly a decade in the corporate sector, including roles at Keysight Technologies focused on business process improvement, compliance, and community engagement, as well as independent consulting work with nonprofit and small-business clients.
Outside of work, Lea enjoys spending time in nature, traveling with her family, and raising her two children. She is an active community member and currently serves on the board of Sonoma Family Meal.
