Elizabeth Frohlich

After over 20 years of practice at some of the largest law firms in the world, Liz is thrilled to bring her complex business litigation expertise to EHC Law and practice with her friends and fellow lawyer moms, Robyn Christo and Lisa Poncia.

Liz is known for her tactical litigation strategy and her ability to explain intricate facts in simple and compelling terms, with deep experience in California trust instruction proceedings for securitized trusts.  Her skill in resolving financial issues is life-long, starting with dinner table conversations with her beloved dad who was a financial advisor, through college where she was a finance major, to her first-chair representation of domestic and international banks on cases seeking hundreds of billions of dollars of damages.  She is equally at ease working through issues with clients, judges, government officials, and opposing counsel, and is extra perceptive in identifying straightforward resolution shortcuts that save clients time and fees.

Liz’s prior experience includes acting as National Coordinating Counsel to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company during and following the foreclosure crisis, litigating issues of first impression in state and federal courts across the country, reporting to insurance syndicates, and handling appeals.

Liz obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Business Leadership, with a finance emphasis and minors in French Literature and Piano Performance, from the University of Puget Sound, where she also completed the Honors Program coursework in the Classics and served as a member and officer of Pi Beta Phi women’s fraternity.  She received her JD from Boston University School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the American Journal of Law & Medicine.
